      說明及特點:

      1、該型分切機適合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜,復合膜, 

      膜,彩印膜、卷筒紙等。是薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業的理想機型。

      2、整機由PLC集中控制(三矢量電機)并采用觸摸屏人機界面對整機進行集中操作。

      3、放卷采用氣動剎車制動器,由PLC自動計算卷徑實現自動張力控制。

      4、牽引控制由一臺矢量變頻電機驅動,實現恒線速度控制,并有效地隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。

      5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷由二臺矢量變頻電機獨立驅動,收卷張力控制,根據收卷直徑,分切厚度,設定張力等參數,由PLC運算實現自動張力遞增。(可選滑差氣漲軸軸)

      6、收卷軸壓輥離合采用氣動裝置,壓力大小通過調壓閥控制。

      7、放卷裝卸料采用氣漲軸裝卸料,氣動鎖緊,料卷氣動升降,裝卸料方便、效率高。

      8、放卷EPC糾編裝置可準確控制端面精度。

      9、分切采用圓刀直刀分切裝置,端面整齊,有邊廢料風送。

      10、整機由同步帶、同步輪為傳動方式,執行與鎖緊采用氣動方式

      11、牽引導輥:靜平衡鋁合金導輥,表面硬化處理 

      12、系統具有啟動緩沖、停車防松、計米定長,定速、卷徑運算等分切功能。

      13、系統具有完善的機、電、氣一體化設計,并采用完備的防護措施。


      Description and characteristics:

      4. The traction control is driven by a vector variable frequency motor to achieve constant line speed control and effectively interrupt the interaction between the tension of the rewinding and unwinding.

      5. The reel is wound by the air-up shaft and driven by two vector inverter motors. The winding tension control is based on the winding diameter, the thickness of the slit, the tension and other parameters. The automatic tension is incremented by the PLC operation.(Optional Differential Air Shaftrs)

      6. The take-up reel is clutched with a pneumatic device, and the pressure is controlled by a pressure regulating valve.

      7. The unwinding loading and unloading material adopts the gas-up shaft loading and unloading material, pneumatic locking, pneumatic lifting of the material roll, convenient loading and unloading, and high efficiency.

      8. The unwinding EPC correction device can accurately control the end face precision.

      9. The cutting machine adopts a round knife straight knife slitting device, the end surface is neat, and there is a side scrap air supply.

      10. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt and synchronous wheel, and pneumatically operated by locking and locking.

      11. Traction guide roller: static balance aluminum alloy guide roller, surface hardening treatment

      12. The system has the functions of starting buffering, parking anti-loose, metering length, constant speed, and coil diameter calculation.
